Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Any additional charges, fees, or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses — including re-delivery fees, return shipping costs, or package redirection charges — will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Soft Glow Heaven Skincare will not be held liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada. Shipping rates vary by province and are shown at checkout based on your location.
- Local Delivery (Nova Scotia): Available for eligible local orders. Delivery times and free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
- Rest of Canada: Flat shipping rates and free shipping threshold apply, and varies with province available at checkout.
- Remote & Territorial Areas:Â We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer than estimated.
Delivery Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote and territorial areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at softglowheavenskincare@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
